IKEA

Asalaamu Alaikum,
Where do I start. Yes it's been a while. But let me begin by saying...'Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem'.....

Okay...so as you all know, as the story goes we moved into a new apartment after the fire.
So...we lost a lot of space with the new place, because it's a one bedroom and a den as opposed to a two bedroom apartment. Now we had all these BOXES in our apartment. Boxes here there and EVERYWHERE from the restoration company moving our stuff. So....one Saturday NH was sent on a mission to ...........**drum roll** IKEA.

Now in the previous apartment we only had two IKEA products..a shelf and a cd rack. We actually needed a LOT more from there....so...on NH's excussion he purchased ONE more book case (BILLY- for all you IKEA fans) and two tall multi-media shelves ( for DVD's/VHS and PSP games), a wardrobe for the girls room and a crib for the baby. So NH spent that Saturday going to IKEA with the help of friends, and then sitting in the house putting everything together.

The girls and I went to the movies. Amirah was excited and Asima just went along for the ride. Asima actaually ended up liking the pop corn..lol. We went to see 'Enchanted'..good movie..really cutesie.

Anywhoo we returned to a NEW place. I mean books were out of boxes and the girls tried to help NH finish up a couple of things ( they are no means any kind of help).

It turned out to be a great day after all.
